The company has recently experienced a period of growth and require a talented individual to contribute to the continued success of the business.

**Key Duties**:

- To ensure all formulation tasks are carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, with strict adherence to good documentation practice.
- Monitor critical process parameters, report, and appropriately document any observed quality issues within the manufacturing area, in a timely manner.
- Cleaning and sterilization of vessels and associated equipment, via autoclave or Caustic Clean in Place (CIP) and Steam in Place.
- Support required preventative maintenance of valve diaphragms or other associated equipment and processes.
- To be part of day-to-day operations and activities within the production area to ensure production plan and targets are achieved ensuring product quality and specifications are maintained at all times
- Adhere to all Health & Safety guidance associated within the production areas
- Ensure effective housekeeping is maintained through appropriate cleanroom discipline and cleaning regimes.

**Skills and Experience**:

- At least 1 years’ experience within a medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- The ability to think logically and multi-task
- Technical mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient IT skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under own initiative.

**Desirable**:

- NC/HNC or HND in mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
