**Who Are We?**
The Bleep 360 Group provides our sister companies with centralised support, holding together all the operational and sales support functions needed for success including Compliance, Pay & Bill, Marketing, Talent Acquisition and Business Support. With the nature of our companies involving the supply of various healthcare professionals and care services, our agency workers must be paid accurately, and our clients billed exactly. Without accurate pay and bill, the businesses would not be able to be profitable and financially healthy.

**Job Specification - Payroll Administrator**

Amongst our 4 agencies, all payrolls are run weekly with the healthcare agencies being processed every Monday and Tuesday, and our Education agency payroll being processed every Tuesday in order for all temporary workers to be paid each Friday.

We require a Payroll Administrator to carry out and support the team with:

- Front-end payroll function
- Processing timesheets weekly
- Ensuring units
- Ensuring pay rates and charge rates are accurate
- Ensuring only authorised shifts are processed.

The latter part of the week will include, but is not limited to
- Credit control support
- Reconciliation
- Resolving invoice queries
- Updating employee payment details
- Liaising with umbrella companies.

Main Duties:

- Processing and supporting 5 x weekly payrolls with data input
- Creating reports to check input and accuracy of payrolls
- Assisting credit control with client queries
- Resolving invoicing queries
- Reconciling payments
- MI Data entry monthly/weekly

Required Key Skills:

- Previous experience within frontend payroll/accounts admin
- Previous experience with a weekly payroll
- Understanding of the payroll cycle from beginning to end
- Can demonstrate excellent administrative and organisation skills
- Meticulous and a high level of accuracy; excellent attention to detail
- Experience in performing reconciliations or auditing of numbers of documentation
- Excellent time management whilst maintaining quality
- A proficient working experience with Excel Workbook, ideally including V look-ups
- Good Mathematical Skills; Minimum C Grade GCSE
- Good IT skills; Knowledge and experience with Excel, word and outlook

Working Hours

Monday 08:30-18:00 (If necessary, otherwise 17:00)

Tuesday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00

Salary - 22-25k

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
