The School of Economics is growing and is seeking to appoint new Lecturers in Economics with an Autumn 2023 starting date. We are looking for people with expertise in Labour Economics, Health Economics, and Development Economics.

**The opportunity:
The School of Economics is growing and is seeking to appoint new Lecturers in Economics with an Autumn 2023 starting date. We are looking for people with expertise in Labour Economics, Health Economics, and Development Economics. The School has an excellent research reputation and offers high quality undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in economics.

**Your skills and attributes for success:
- Have a PhD in Economics.
- Must be able to demonstrate an existing or developing record of research with the potential for publication in leading peer-reviewed journals in economics, particularly in the areas of Labour Economics, Health Economics, and Development Economics.
- Will have demonstrated the ability to make an outstanding contribution to the research activities and intellectual life of the School of Economics.
- Experienced in teaching. Ability to provide excellent teaching at all levels, and contribute to the design and development of teaching programmes.
- Be able to provide high quality supervision at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels.
