- Ability to plan, monitor, support delivery and deliver teaching and learning activities.
- Ability to set and promote high standards of behaviour and handle potentially difficult situations
- Track SEND data, plan and implement targeted interventions for identified students
- Liaise with other staff and departments about SEND
- Implement and manage pupil passports learners
