Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our Front of House team at The **Ivy Hill Hotel**, a small family run 3 star hotel on the outskirts of Chelmsford.

We are passionate about guest experience and want all our team to be part of delivering a warm and vibrant welcome to our guests through exceptional standards of work. Equally when guests check out, we want them to leave happy and satisfied, looking forward to their next visit and therefore a ‘smiley’ positive attitude is a must.
- Excellent command of English language both written and spoken is a must.
- Be charming, passionate and enthusiastic, taking pride in what you do.
- Have a natural ability for delivering a warm and friendly welcome.
- Be a friendly people person and possess excellent communication skills
- Be happy to work alone with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team
- Have the desire to work in a fast paced and energetic workplace

- A position offering a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, working 5 early or late shifts out of any 7.
