Would suit a person with experience of managing operations in a busy environment with responsibility to meet sales targets and ensuring stock is correct.

We are looking for a Head of Finance and Operations to join our busy team full time. Working week is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week to be worked between the hours of 6am to 6.30pm. However, we are planning to run shifts on Saturday and Sunday so work outside these hours is possible in the future. We're happy to be somewhat flexible with the hours to mutually benefit us both. Note Mondays will be a longer day due to how busy it is.

Pay is based on experience and qualifications.

**Responsibilities (but not limited to)**
- Organising resources to ensure an efficient allocation to meet business needs
- Ensure all external deadlines are met
- Assist with finance VAT returns and credit control as needed
- Planning
- Troubleshooting IT issues such as printer set ups
- Stock control
- Control losses for OOD/short dated stock
- Assist management in facilitating sales growth
- Recruitment
- Performance management and disciplinaries
- Support the business through change
- Create business reports for management
- Flexibility to support other areas of the business
- Checking deliveries
- Reconciling finances
- Chasing supplies for credit notes and report errors and damage on the deliveries.

- Must love animals especially dogs as we have 2 on site

Desirable but non essential skills
