The role of the Deal Registration Coordinator is to support and help the Vendor Alliances and Sales Teams with the submission and management of opportunity registration, along with other administrative tasks associated with the process.

The role is key to Phoenix in ensuring that we are capturing eligible opportunities and maximising margin wherever possible. This covers areas, such as successfully submitting deal registrations via the correct portals, managing, recording and communicating status updates, dealing with queries, and collaborating between vendor portals/ Vendor Channel Managers and internal stakeholders.

The main responsibilities are:

- Submitting and managing deal registrations on vendor portals and ensuring the correct people are notified of any changes/ updates
- Accurately recording and tracking deal registrations via the centralised reporting system, Dynamics 365
- Actively contesting rejected deal registrations where there is a valid business case
- Proactively reviewing and chasing deal registration outcomes for opportunities that are at pending, submitted for extension and on-hold status
- Managing deal registration extension requests from Account Managers and requesting these through the correct methods, while maintaining Dynamics 365
- Managing internal and external queries and collaborating between Vendor Channel Managers and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring potential deal registration opportunities through the identification of eligible opportunities via the quotes report
- Manually claiming rebates for Adobe and ensuring that all eligible margin enhancements are identified and actioned via the orders report
- Working with various business units within Phoenix to ensure that opportunities are submitted as quickly and effectively as possible
- Maintenance of the Suppliers and Manufacturers Deal Registration tab on Oasis to ensure that we are maximising all opportunities with the vendor guidelines
- Keep up-to-date with changes to deal registration processes, procedures, and Ts&Cs and communicating these to the wider business
- Managing and co-ordinating portal logins using Delinea to ensure we are abiding to the ISO 27001 standards
- Attend regular training and conduct self-study to drive your personal development, industry, and company knowledge
- Promote and adhere to the Phoenix and Group shared values at all times

The Deal Registration Coordinator will contribute to the successful development of Phoenix and must be a self-motivated, self-directed, and organised individual. Hey must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, possess good communication skills, and use their initiative, especially when working towards related goals. - Ability to multitask and manage a variety of different activities
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience of Dynamics 365 is desirable, but not essential
