We are a multi-million pound turnover, profitable start-up business with all manufacturing done in house from our base of operations in Nottingham.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent stakeholder management skills to join our busy Product Team.

The role involves providing a wide range of technical and administrative support to the operations, purchasing, customer experience, NPD and supply chain teams requiring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

Tasks include but not limited to: Daily Taste Panel, updating batch panel records, building QAS’s and flavour maps, working with NPD to finalise recipe and method details on new launches from kitchen to launch, product sample make up, supporting customer complaints, actioning supplier complaints, weekly audits on paperwork, GMP audits, Salsa and customer audit support, generating raw material specifications, checking artwork, maintaining raw material database, incident investigation and resolution support.

You will need to have good IT skills, which includes using a range of different IT systems and packages. You will be required to work as part of a team undertaking a wide range of duties and be able to professionally answer customer complaints. The ability to work to deadlines and an understanding of confidentiality and attention to detail is essential to this post. You will ideally have a Food based degree qualification and at least 1 years experience in the Food Industry.

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
