**Overall objectives of the job**:

- Effective customer service and assisting the planning co-ordinator with programming of service engineers.
- Ensure that Styles market share is maintained and that contracts are both maintained and developed through excellent customer service and response times.
- Assist with growth of service & repair department within Style by utilising effective IT solutions

**Responsibilities**:

- Interface with customers to book in upcoming repair and service works.
- Assisting coordinator with planning engineer diaries and programme.
- Excellent customer service at all times.
- Assist in product purchasing for any repair works if needed.
- Creating purchase orders for any plant requirements on site works.
- Ensure for all works booked RAMS are issued to customer.
- Daily calls to engineer teams to discuss todays work and tomorrows upcoming work.
- Receiving and processing incoming engineer worksheets daily.
- Develop knowledge and build a rapport about each customer’s business and requirements.
- Maintain competent understanding of company’s products, their functions and alternatives.
- Coordinate, analyse and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Good PC skills including Microsoft Office and other IT packages and solutions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, listening, oral & written
- Excellent time management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
