- **PERSONAL LINES INSURANCE ADVISOR - FERNDOWN**_
- **Cowell Recruitment**_ _are delighted to be assisting our client in their search for a _**Personal Lines Insurance Advisor **_to join a successful insurance broker based in_ **Ferndown.**_

- _Ability to identify and match insurance products to customers needs and requirements_

- _Comply with FCA, PRA and other regulatory organisations_
- **Main duties (but not limited to)**_
- _To take initial calls from customers regarding new business, midterm adjustments and existing policy renewals, working within the guidelines provided at all times._
- _To process and resolve customer requests in a polite and efficient manner._
- _To comply at all times with the requirements of the firm’s own procedures and FCA regulations._
- _To be aware of, and to follow at all times, the firm’s policy on Treating Customers Fairly._
- _To be aware of, and to follow at all times, the firm’s standards of ethical behaviour._
- _To maintain professional competence by complying at all times with the Training and Competence procedures of the firm._
- _To maintain customer records accurately and securely, in accordance with firm’s own record keeping requirements and following data protection rules._
- _To support the department in administration duties and complete all supporting documentation in a timely, accurate and compliant manner._
- _Notify policy underwriters of any adjustments, calculate any premium changes and arrange remittance of premium refunds._
- _To support the departmental Key Performance Indicators and sales targets as directed by the Personal Lines Manager._
- _Identifying client’s insurance requirements and tailoring a policy to meet their demands and needs_
- _Maximise up sell and cross sell appropriate products to customers_
- _Sales conversions, adjustments, issuance and other business required by the business_
- _Maintain compliance in accordance with business requirements and FCA regulations_
- _To undertake all other duties as reasonably required and directed._
