**As a Nurse your key duties include**:

- Promote and maintain a professional working environment, ensuring a high standard of care at all times, assisting with evaluation through clinical governance and audit
- Support and lead regular patient feedback mechanisms, e.g. satisfaction surveys, outcome studies, community meetings
- Ensure effective communication between medical and nursing staff both verbal and written.
- Ensure all CPA and risk assessment and HONOS is an integral part of the patients care and that it is monitored and updated on a regular basis

**The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated
- Genuinely interested in team working
- Have a sound clinical knowledge and experience of enduring mental health
- Able to show a can-do attitude always

**The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary from £29,000 - £33,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role and in return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits**:
