**Job Description**:
**Machine Operative**

Our client based in the Shropshire Countryside on the outskirts of Telford is looking for a full time temporary to permanent Machine Operator to join their success team.
You wil be operating Sub-Assembly machinery by programming, lifting and feeding into the machine whilst following processes according to Safe operating Guidelines, in addition you will be performing regular checking of quality of product, preparing, packing and assembling products according to instructions and standards, and then assisting in stock taking & discrepancy investigation.
This role is very involved in loading and unloading the cartons which are filled with parts, the machine programming and repetitive process, will mean that the individual will need to have self-discipline and the ability to keep motivated

- A good standard of written and spoken English- Good numeracy- Common sense- Dexterity- Good work ethic- Good level of fitness - role involves lifting- Basic Microsoft skillsHours are 8-5pm initially (Friday 8-4pm)

**_£12.05 Per hour_**

**_38.5 Hour Week_**

The hours are 8.30am-4.30pm, but will move to 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm once training complete.
