Benefits:28 days holiday (inc. bank holidays)Contributory pension schemeFull induction and ongoing, professional trainingOnsite car parkingDedicated Randstad Team based on-site, ready to assist and support youHours of work 37 HOURS PER WEEK - Monday to ThursdaySet shift pattern of 07:30AM-17:15PMFlexible working arrangements will be considered based on the needs of the business£15.08 PER HOURResponsibilities:Working within a busy machining environmentProducing machined parts operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machineInspect own work including visual of 1st off inspection* Use of measuring equipment; Micrometers/Vernier calipersMaintaining quality and safety standards, adhering to all PPE requirementsLoads feed mechanism using overhead cranesMaintaining equipment and supplies with tool changesQuality checks on components that are machinedSome manual lifting required Suitable applicants will have:Previous experience in machine operations and setupMotivation and drive to achieve targetsAn understanding of working to safe practices, adhering to health and safety requirementsGood level of attention to detailTeam player who rises to the challenge of unplanned workload and spikesA good level of written and verbal communication skills Don't delay in applying for the opportunity; we are interviewing for the role in the coming weeks with an immediate start available.For further information please contact on (phone number removed)
