**Salary**: £19500 - £23000 D.O.E

The Role:
Driven Lettings Negotiators are required to work within a welcoming Estate & Lettings Agency. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress in the property industry and take advantage of the job security, professional development, career progressionand clearly defined job roles on offer.

Previous experience or knowledge of the property industry will be valued highly. You will be working as a Lettings Negotiator for a reputable and friendly Lettings Agency helping them manage and expand a healthy existing portfolio.

A high level of value will be placed on customer service focused skillsets and sales atrritubtes.

LOCATION:
Commutable from: Hull, Beverley, Driffield, Hessle, Barton, Market Weighton and Willerby

DUTIES:

- Proactively manage own applicants and the mailing list to generate viewings
- Booking viewings & valuations.
- Conducting viewings out of the office
- Dealing with day to day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration
- Updating CRM and promoting the company's property portfolio.

REQUIRED:

- You'll demonstrate excellent sales and customer service skills
- Driving Licence

- Professional Communicator
