**Job summary**:
We are hiring a Head of User - Centred Design to join our Digital Change Team.

Our Digital Change team is in charge of building and maintaining Ofsted’s digital services, and making sure that everything we do at Ofsted is aligned with the needs of public in England. We are a small team of digital and UCD enthusiasts, and we are looking for like-minded professionals who share our passion and drive to transform public services.

We’re looking for someone with experience in working as either a user researcher, service designer, content designer or interaction designer in a multi-disciplinary agile delivery team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to further your experience in Ofsted’s well-established team. The post holder will work with high-achieving professionals at all levels, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team. - Experience of influencing decision-making through evidence gathered from user research/crits/metrics or similar.
