The Four Dwellings Academy Design & Technology Department believes in a knowledge-rich curriculum and an ethos of developing and sharing best practices to encourage high standards across the academy. We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, motivated, and enthusiastic experienced Head of Department who is ambitious for all students. You will be teaching Design & Technology across the full age and ability range. You will be joining our hard-working team of forward-thinking professionals dedicated to ensuring students reach their potential. We believe in delivering a curriculum to encourage student progress and high expectations for all ability levels.
- ** **Have strong leadership qualities and a commitment to excellent teaching and learning opportunities for our students
- Be passionate about Design & Technology;
- Have a proven track record of success and raising pupil attainment in DT
- Have the ability to deliver innovative lessons, which demonstrate high expectations of students, and inspire them to succeed, improving achievement at both Key Stages for all learners.
