**Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting the Senior Coverage Officer in managing key Private Equity accounts based in London.
- Assisting the Coverage Officer in interacting with Clients and the different CACIB divisions internally to originate revenue generation ideas across advisory and financing (M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance )
- Assisting in the clients onboarding process and KYC requirements

This role will be based in London but with a Pan-European scope of action

**Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities**
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and the Financial Crime Policy.
- Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
