We are currently seeking a highly experienced Behaviour Mentor to join our team. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals who are experiencing challenging behaviours in various settings, including schools, workplaces, and community organizations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and group support to individuals experiencing challenging behaviours.
- Develop and implement behaviour plans to address challenging behaviours.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistency in behaviour management strategies.
- Conduct assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviours.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff and parents on behaviour management strategies.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of behaviour plans to ensure their effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of interventions, assessments, and progress reports.
- Attend meetings with parents, teachers, and other professionals as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or similar role.
- Experience working with children and adults with challenging behaviours.
- Knowledge of behaviour management strategies, including positive behaviour support and applied behaviour analysis.
- Ability to develop and implement behaviour plans based on assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
