**What about this role?**

You will be working within our Business Support Practice within our new Operations function.

Our main requirement is that you can work at pace, in a fast moving and transformational environment with senior stakeholders. First, we need your skills to be applied to workforce management to get the process optimised. This is the highest process priority in our business with all eyes on it We also want to use your skills as a Business Partner across our Business Support practice, managing administration across a range of processes.

**Qualifications/Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Ability to focus on tasks with high attention to detail so that they can be successfully completed.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - and confidence to talk to lots of different internal stakeholders at all levels of the Business.
- PMO/BA experience crossing both analysis and administration or equivalent
- Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft office suite.
- Process improvement experience for owned processes.
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills.
- Excellent time management skills.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in Resource Planning including forecasting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

**Personal Qualities**:

- Highly tuned interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- High resilience.
- Attention to detail role model and instils this in others in the team.
- Strong process focus.
