Procurement Administrator

On a day to day basis, as the Procurement Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all Databases are kept up to date
- Monitoring and ordering stock
- Reconciling and processing invoices
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly, accurately and on time
- Trucking and pursuing order confirmations and invoices
- Keeping up to date of any goods received
- Creating and checking Order forms
- Adding order details onto the relevant systems
- Working closely with the bookkeeper
- Obtaining quotations from preferred supplier listing
- Scanning and filing of delivery notes
- Following up with outstanding orders
- Other general admin duties
