**The Role**

We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Cleaning Supervisor in Edinburgh, to lead our team of cleaning operatives and ensure that we provide excellent cleaning services to our clients.

Supervisor responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, organizing employee shifts, training staff, doing spot checks, the ability to carrying out regular inspections of all areas to ensure a high quality of cleaning standards are maintained, as well as monitoring quantities of cleaning products and equipment.

As a supervisor, you will need to prepare cleaning schedules, and distribute and allocate duties to your team. Your role will include the management of all cleaners, preparing and managing staff rotas, as well as managing holidays and sickness. It is essential that you ensure the safety of all staff and their compliance with any relevant health and safety regulations. Cleaning duties are also incorporated in the role.

To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities. Ultimately, you will help ensure our daily housekeeping operations run smoothly and that our clients are satisfied.

**About you**

You must be able to be flexible and work night shifts. It is an active role, and you will be required to support with cleaning duties on daily basis.

Experience: Previous experience in supervisory position is essential. English language at good communicative level a prerequisite for this role.
