Innovative Security Solutions are looking for an SIA Door Supervisor to join our security team in the High Wycombe area, HP11 2FU. We are looking for an experienced Front of House Security Concierge to join the Team on site, you will take a lead role on site on a daily basis. Your shift pattern will be Monday to Friday 15:30 - 23:00 (hours will increase) and at an hourly rate of minimum £10.42.

Duties:
- To provide an excellent and customer focused reception service to all customers and visitors.
- To provide a professional helpdesk and telephone service with calls answered promptly, knowledgably and helpfully.
- To ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times and act as a role model for excellent service delivery.
- To manage the sign-in and sign-out process for all guests and visitors, including permit to works for contractors and car parking management for contractors and residents.
- To support resident move in and move out activities including carrying out viewings for properties.
- To manage the booking out and return of keys and fobs and report any lost keys or fobs.
- To sort the incoming and outgoing post and parcels and log all correspondence.
- To carry out general administration and office support, including typing, photocopying, scanning and filing.
- To manage, prepare and clear the Private Dining Room for events and bookings, ensuring rooms are prepared with AV equipment needs and refreshments, where necessary.
- To overseeing any pre-arrangements required for monthly community events.
- To comply with Health and Safety working practices at all times and provide information to visitors and subcontractors on Touchstone processes.
- Log any urgent maintenance faults onto Fixflo, informing the relevant team members in order to resolve in a timely manner.
- To be vigilant regarding resident welfare issues and to report any problem or any unusual behaviours to line management immediately.
