Associate Director, Quality and Effectiveness, Band 8D

Part time up to 25 hours

Working closely with the Executive Team, the post holder will be required to lead the Trust strategically to develop and deliver quality and effectiveness across CWP, promoting quality and effective services by using skills and knowledge to support clinical services and the Board of Directors as well as working with external agencies.

The postholder will have a key role in developing innovation, service improvement and redesign projects, providing leadership for research, audit and education and training as well as overseeing the implementation of NICE Guidelines.

This is an exciting opportunity to show how corporate services have a direct impact on the quality of patient care and in ensuring that we only direct resources towards activities that result in effective care and positive experiences for patients and their families.

The postholder will be qualified to Masters level and have specialist qualifications or experience in at least one of the areas covered e.g. research, service design, audit or education and training.

The postholder will also have substantial team management experience at a senior level.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
