Accounts / Office Assistant

The role will include:
- Purchase order processing
- Sales order processing
- Matching up invoices and delivery notes
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Answering calls in a professional manner
- Assisting the directors in pulling together the month end accounts
- Issuing clock cards and compiling weekly staff timesheets
- General administration to aid with the running of the businesses.
The ideal individual for this role will have the following:
- Experience working in a previous administration role
- Experience inputting invoices, purchase orders etc on accounts software ideally experience using Sage 50
- A professional telephone manner
- Proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel
- A good attention to detail
- Work well in a team and be able to manage their own workload
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to work within a small team, has a can do attitude, and is happy to get involved in all the various aspects of the business.
Salary is up to £28,000 depending upon experience.

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
