You will take the leading role in the day-to-day delivery of Photovoltaic and general domestic electrical installations for RE:GEN Green, part of the RE:GEN Group.

**DAILY RESPONSIBILITY**
- Responsibility for supervising the installation of Photovoltaic systems and general electrical upgrades.
- Carry out Pre-Installation building inspections (PIBI’s) in line with PAS2030.
- Support team with planning submissions and DNO Applications.
- Able to execute and deliver technical surveys, justifications of design and materials statements and ensure all health and safety requirements are met.
- Carry out site inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with MCS and PAS2030.
- Efficiently handle material orders and returns.
- Produce, design and install risk assessments and method statements
- Assist with Construction Phase Plan and post construction documentation in line with CDM.
- Review and evolve our design process (where required) in line with relevant industry standards.
- Maintain and build relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Support with internal and external reporting of performance and progress.
- Assist with bids and tenders to provide the relevant support on sustainable projects.
- Support with tender response technical documents and estimating.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
- Excellent people management skills required
- Electrical background essential
- Good knowledge of renewable technologies is preferred
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Able to use MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills, allowing switching between a variety of tasks and meeting a combination of daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
- Must be analytical and problem solving with enthusiasm to enhance, improve, optimise, streamline
- A flexible, self motivating and agile attitude, allowing you to respond to client needs
- Meticulous attention to detail and precise record keeping skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, mentoring and motivating, creating a team spirit, encouraging them to be at their best
- Ability to influence different departments to suggest, implement and track more efficient processes
- 2391 Test and Inspection Certificate Preferred
