We're currently on the lookout for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our client's Engineering team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will work within a highly skilled team responsible for the effective management of resource to ensure that machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructures run smoothly and reliably.

**Duties;**
**Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to;**
- The management of direct reports including but limited to, recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition and training and development
- The allocation and prioritisation of technical resource to achieve operational goals and objectives
- Organising and delivering planned maintenance on-time
- The achievement of KPI’s (including but not limited to; planned maintenance adherence and time spent on planned maintenance).
- The prioritisation and close out of routine activities including but not limited to; ZIP audits, training compliance, layered audits, skill development and housekeeping audits.
- Driving collaborative and cross functional working
- The management of the engineering stores area for equipment and tools.
- Self and direct report’s adherence to quality standards and requirements, including all QMS related items.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload based on criticality to business requirements.

- Autonomous leadership abilities
**Essential Requirements**
- Recognised apprenticeship in relevant Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
- ONC or equivalent level qualification
- Industrial manufacturing or automotive relevant engineering experience.
This position is on a 3 shift rotation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £45,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
