Position: Lifestyle Executive

Employment Type: Permanent (40 hours per week). Due to the nature of the role, additional hours may be required to handle any service-related emergencies.

Location: SHY's Central London office in Victoria.

Annual Leave: 25 days per year + UK Bank Holidays.

We are searching for an experienced (minimum 2 years) Lifestyle Executive to manage relationships with a select group of high-value clients. The role entails ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and perceived value for each client by serving as their primary contact and proactively communicating with them on a day-to-day basis. To strengthen each relationship, you will need to have a deep understanding of each client's unique lifestyle, preferences, and needs and ensure that the services provided are tailored and of the highest quality. The successful applicant will work alongside the SHY Lifestyle Directors assisting with the general business administration of this small but growing team.

This role requires a proactive approach to networking and participation in specific SHY events and client meetings.

**_Responsibilities_**
- Provide incredible, unparalleled service to your clients and cultivate a strong personal relationship with each individual client
- To manage each client’s experience, ensuring high individual engagement, satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and perception of value
- To ensure the client receives a warm and highly personalised introduction to the service
- To ensure that each individual client's unique and changing lifestyle, needs, and preferences are thoroughly understood
- Ensure that all client requests are fulfilled in a timely manner and to the highest levels of personalisation and quality
- To ensure that the clients are assured of the progress in fulfilling their requests by setting expectations, agreeing on response timeframes, and delivering regular updates
- To ensure that any problems are resolved professionally and to the client’s full satisfaction
- To regularly communicate with the client, both in person at face-to-face meetings and by phone

**_Usage_**
- To encourage the client to use the service regularly by ensuring they are aware of all new and upcoming events and benefits that they may value
- To choreograph and enhance each client request by recommending additional relevant services, benefits, and access
- To upsell the benefits of SHY Lifestyle Membership to existing clients and manage renewals of current memberships

**_Data Capture_**
- To ensure that a detailed, accurate, and up-to-date CRM profile is held for each individual client
- To ensure that all client activity, behavior, and spending data is captured in detail in the CRM system

**_Suppliers and benefits_**
- Cultivate new relationships with suppliers to ensure ongoing access and benefits for clients

**_Requirements_**
- Excellent communicator
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Lifestyle Executive
- Impeccable personal presentation and delivery
- Understands UHNW lifestyles, expectations, needs, and preferences
- Able to anticipate client needs and deliver intuitive and highly personalised solutions
- Able to effectively manage requests from initiation to completion
- Able to prioritise work, meet deadlines, make decisions, and communicate effectively under pressure
- Experienced in dealing with confidential information always using discretion and sensitivity
- Able to react and adapt quickly to new requirements and processes
- Strong networker and relationship builder
- Creative problem solver with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience of using CRM (preferably Zoho CRM)
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
