**Responsibilities**:
1. Assess students' driving abilities and provide tailored instruction to enhance their skills.

2. Develop personalised lesson plans based on individual learning needs and progress.

3. Administer written and practical driving tests to evaluate students' readiness for licensure.

4. Stay updated on changes in driving laws and regulations.

5. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students.

6. Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding lesson objectives and progress.

Qualifications & skills:
1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

2. Both ADI & PDI are welcome.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Patience and ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.

7. Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and student needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with driving simulator technology.

2. Experience working with diverse student populations.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 60 per week
