**Engineering Trainee Instructor - Mechanical or Maintenance**

Are you an Engineer who would like to pursue a career in training? Maybe you have had enough of the daily grind in the workshop and are ready to pass your knowledge and experience onto the next generation?

We are looking to speak with engineering professionals across Maintenance, Mechanical and Fluid Power who are looking for a career change and would consider a career in Training. Full training and qualifications are provided by the employer.

We have 2 full-time permanent positions available:
Maintenance Engineering Trainer - Coventry based

Mechanical Engineering Trainer - Coventry based

The Mechanical Instructor role will require you to teach, coach and mentor young learners undertaking qualifications in Maintenance and Mechanical Engineering apprenticeships.

**Engineering Trainee Instructor - Mechanical or Maintenance**

**Salary and Benefits**:

- £38k starting salary
- 25 days annual leave + BHs
- Pension, private medical insurance and other fringe benefits
- Full teacher training and certificates provided

**Hours: Monday to Friday - Days - 37 hours**

**Engineering Trainee Instructor - Mechanical or Maintenance**

**Role requirements**:

- Driving licence
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who is proactive and can work on own initiative
- Well organised and committed to meeting deadlines
- Participate in the Internal Verification Processes
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement

**In addition, the following skills and knowledge would be advantageous**:

- Qualified in an engineering discipline - Maintenance, manufacturing processes, quality, electrical, fluid power etc

**Salary**: £38,000.00 per year

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coventry, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
