University College (Univ), Oxford is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Alumni and Donor Relations Officer to work in our friendly, supportive, and highly successful Development, Alumni Relations and Communications Office. It is an exciting time to be a part of this progressive fundraising and alumni relations team and to play a key role during our 775th Anniversary year in 2024. Univ is Oxford’s oldest College, and amongst the largest Oxford Colleges in terms of population with 400+ undergraduate students and over 200+ postgraduate students.

We are seeking someone who can build and maintain excellent relationships with alumni and donors that will strengthen engagement between the College and its community. If you’re looking for a stimulating and varied role, where each day is different, then this role would be perfect for you.

We provide all the necessary training, but if you were an adaptable all-rounder, who likes to work as part of a team, and who can focus and work well independently that would be ideal. This role is a great opportunity for anyone keen to commence a career in Higher Education communications, alumni relations or fundraising.

You will combine a creative approach with a data-driven mindset to design, plan, and carry out an effective donor stewardship and alumni engagement programme. From day-to-day administration through to creating posters and mailings, to organising online events to the management of small projects you will be an integral part of the team.
