**Maintenance & Grounds Assistant (Grounds Focused)**

**The Role**
- Ensure all grass areas are cut, well presented and generally well maintained using a range of tools such as ride-on/push mowers, brush cutters and edge cutters.
- Litter picking/Refuse collection
- General grounds maintenance tasks (edging paths, repairing/laying slabs, hedge cutting etc.)
- Assisting the maintenance team with general maintenance tasks
- Report any faults/hazards or irregularities
- This is a driving role
- PDR is committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Children and Adults at Risk and expects all Team Members to share this commitment. Background checks including DBS (or equivalent) will be carried out._
