As a Clinic Co-ordinator you will join the centralised pre-op assessment team within NHS Ayrshire and Arran. We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible member of staff who will provide a comprehensive co-ordination role within the pre-op assessment clinic.

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are essential as is the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

Primary duties include daily co-ordination of the clinic ensuring patients are seen by members of the multi-disciplinary team in a smooth, timely fashion.

You must have good IT skills as most documentation is electronic. You will be required to provide admin support to the nursing team.

This post will be based primarily at UHA but there may be a requirement for cross-cover at UHC on occasion. Previous NHS experience is desirable.

Hours: Working hours are 33.5 hours 5 out of 7 days
