**Job Purpose**:
This role will primarily focus on the attraction, selection, and onboarding of talented individuals into the EH business. The role will also plan and deliver on a coordinated plan to market Tensar a division of CMC as an employer of choice through key channels such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
The role will partner with recruiting managers from all functions and departments to build and execute effective strategies to fill their recruitment needs.
The role will also support the business in Talent mapping and succession planning activity, developing and facilitating the process (working in partnership with HR Business Partners) to identify the key talent in our organisation, and ensure we have effective development and succession plans in place.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Acting as the key recruitment partner for the business
- Working with recruiting managers to build and execute effective recruitment campaigns.
- Ensuring the recruitment process for all vacant roles is managed effectively and without unnecessary delay.
- Identifying opportunities to continually improve the recruitment process
- Manage recruitment performance against key metrics including time to fill and cost per hire measures and reporting this to the business
- Manage and promote our employer value proposition
- Work with external suppliers such as linked in and Indeed to build and manage our employment brand in the marketplace
- Support effective workforce planning activity
- Working with functional leaders and HR business partners to assess future skills/ knowledge/ capacity requirements to build a coherent workforce plan to support annual and ongoing business planning.
- Owning the recruitment pipeline to ensure visibility and tracking of progress against agreed workforce plans
- Supporting talent management and succession planning activity
- Aligning with the wider CMC business on the approach and process for talent mapping and succession planning
- Training and upskilling managers in talent management activity to enable us to grow our ability to identify and develop talented individuals
- Facilitation of periodic talent mapping and succession planning activity across the EH business and summarising the key outputs to provide the business with a view of the health of succession plans for key roles.
- Working in partnership with HR Business partners and leaders to ensure that we have individual development plans in place for all key talent
- Working in partnership with stakeholders across the Tensar Division to build a divisional view of talent and succession
- Lead key people and change projects, managing stakeholders, and supporting the implementation and embedding of people related projects and initiatives within the business areas, ensuring business goals are achieved.
- Shaping and delivering the HR support required to deliver and embed change successfully and realise business benefits
- Governing organisational structures and supporting the formal exit process, providing robust consultation
- Leading and driving key people milestone delivery, ensuring the effective management and engagement of stakeholders
- Working cross functionally to identify and deliver people benefits realisation
