As a **Kitchen Porter **atRosslea Hall Hotel, we are looking for a positive can-do attitude to drive exceptional standards and assistant to help with the general upkeep of the kitchen and associated areas.

**The Role**
- Cleaning and sterilising countertops, kitchen walls, stoves, ovens, grills and sinks
- Cleaning the entire kitchen while closed to ensure it meets hygiene standards.
- Maintaining the food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators
- Receiving deliveries and organising them in the kitchen
- Washing dirty dishes like cutlery, pots, cutting boards and pans or loading dishes into the dishwasher
- Removing kitchen waste from waste bins and disposing of them properly
- Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment like cookers, pots and food mixers
- Providing assistance to Prep Cooks and other kitchen staff, as needed
- Working weekends and bank holidays

- Previous hotel or customer-facing experience (desirable)
- Previous experience with Hotel Operating System - Guestline (desirable)
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer skills
