Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Keep inventory of supplies and notify the kitchen manager when items need to be restocked
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

**Skills**:

- Willingness to help wherever needed in the kitchen
- Ability to work well under pressure
