Your new company
Your new role working as a Commercial Account Handler will be within an established MGA based in Croydon who specialise in the placement of Commercial business into the London market on behalf of UK and European intermediaries. They are a fast growing witha friendly and vibrant team. Your new company ensures that they attract the most talented professionals and create an environment where all employees have a stake in their success. Due to the growth within their Commercial team a new position for a CommercialAccount Handler role has arisen.
Your new role
Your new role working as a Commercial Account handler means you will be responsible for achieving new business goals and sales and retention of current business, across a range of commercial insurance products. You will also deal with the preparation and issueof Risk Registers / Pre-renewal Agendas / Submission / Renewal Reports for issue to Clients/Insurers. Other duties will include, Securing payment from clients within timescales, documentation checking prior to account Executive signing off prior to subsequentissue and Contribution to overall efficient running of business division
What you need to succeed
Your previous experience working as an Account Handler dealing with commercial business will contribute to your success in securing this role. To be successful in this role you must have strong communication skills, be able to work under pressure, have excellentattention to detail and be organised. You must have some commercial insurance experience working within the insurance industry as a commercial account handler or in a similar role.Ideally you would have some experience dealing with cross-class business acrossa range of industries
