** We are Recruiting a Teaching Assistant for an Immediate Start **

**Are you seeking a Teaching Assistant position to support children with their development? Love supporting children?**

**Previous experience within a school setting as a Teaching Assistant is preferable, however, you must have previous experience with children in some capacity (in the UK) and are able to provide references for these.**

**The Role**:

- As a Teaching Assistant, you will need to support children in a 1:1 capacity and/or in small groups
- Support children with their early growth and development as a Teaching Assistant
- Support children with additional needs when required to help them feel comfortable
- Establish a connection with either children and provide emotional support
- Work alongside staff to create a fun and stimulating learning environment for the pupils
- Supporting SEN children as a Teaching Assistant

**Requirements**:

- **Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday**:

- Recent experience working with children in a school or alternate environment is preferential but you must have previous experience with children in some capacity
- Take pleasure in working with children and seeing the progression in their learning
- Either live in Acton or within a commutable distance

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
