Barista/all Rounder

Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at a vibrant cafe in the heart of the city. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers with exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and speciality beverages
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitisation standards at the coffee station
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till accurately
- Assist in food preparation and serving when required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide support where needed

Pay: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
