Barista/all Rounder

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and presentation standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
- Upsell products and offer suggestions based on customer preferences

**Requirements**:

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating change
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage recipes
- Understanding of food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Willingness to help teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £9.00-£13.00 per hour
