We are currently looking for a Operative to join our amazing returns department in Banbury.

**Shifts**
- **4 on 4 off 12 hour shift**

**Role Responsibility**

We are a online retailer sending house and garden wares to our valued online customers. **The main duties of the role will include**:

- Taking responsibility for returns and the returns area
- Processing returned goods using HHT (scanning goods back into warehouse)
- Separation of goods into correct cages
- Processing damaged goods
- Control of recycling station
- Taking responsibility for your colleagues and your own Health and Safety
- Understanding and following all policies and processes following SSOW (safe systems of work)
- Communicating and working with other departments within the depot
- Aiding in the control of the inventory in the building

**Package Description**

£11 per hour starting. £11.50 after three month probation. £0.50 per hour bonus for attendance every day.
