**About the Role**

Entertainment is, and always has been a huge part of the Butlins business. We are passionate about producing and delivering great quality entertainment and we’re looking for talented AV Engineers to join our Technical Support Team.

Video has been growing vastly within the entertainments industry, this is no different at Butlin’s. We are looking for skilled people to bring this alive.

Our entertainment programme is dynamic and varied and our AV Engineers will support with a wide range of activities including the development of visual media and the creation of graphics and logos. You will work closely with artists, performers and the widerTechnical Team to ensure our entertainment continues to delight our guests and create memories that last a lifetime.

**About You**

We’re looking for an experienced AV engineer with a working knowledge of Q-Lab and LED screen technology.

Due to the range of entertainment offered at our resorts, you should ideally have experience with different genres of entertainment, but this isn’t essential. What’s more important to us is your ability to think on your feet and have a solution minded approachto your work.
As well as operating the AV equipment, you will also play a part in maintenance and repairs so should have demonstratable experience in this area. Knowledge of rigging, suspension and technical procedures would also be advantageous.
