We have an excellent opportunity to join a growing established company with high staff values Pertemps are pleased to announce an exciting new role of Aftersales & Project team support/Coordinator. The role is to further enhance our client’s aftersales lifecycleservice provision and project management team.
Due to expansion within the business our client is looking for a dedicated team member who will work between these functions providing much needed support.
**The role**:

- Dealing with incoming customer breakdown/repairs/service quotes
- Quoting new maintenance contracts and renewing expired ones
- Liaising with subcontractors and customers
- Scheduling repairs and service visits with customers and suppliers
- Managing and dispatching our spare parts inventory
- Attending project meetings
- Compiling site packs, documentation packs, risk assessments and method statements.

**What we need from you**:

- Experience of mechanical engineering or materials handling systems
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Confidence to deal with customers and suppliers
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Honest and reliable
- A highly motivated self-starter
- Confident to pick up the telephone and speak in a professional manner to customers
- Good customer service skills
- Flexibility
- Full driving licence is essential

**Schedule and renumeration**:

- Full time permanent position
- Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm
- £20,000 - £28,000 per annum
- This role is mainly office based, however may require some travel to customers
