In this pivotal role as Sales Team Leader, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive our in-house sales team towards excellence while delivering unparalleled service to our nationwide customer base.

**As a Sales Team Leader, your responsibilities will encompass**:

- Supervising a small sales team, fostering motivation, and setting clear objectives.
- Addressing customer queries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Accurately inputting orders into the CRM system and ensuring its consistent maintenance.
- Cultivating strong customer relationships and upholding quality service standards while adhering to GDPR/data protection regulations.

**We are seeking a Sales Team Leader who possesses the following skills and qualifications**:

- Prior experience in customer service is essential.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- A personable phone demeanour with a knack for empathetic customer interactions.
- Proactive and motivated with a sense of humour, fostering a positive team environment.
- Collaborative mindset with strong computer proficiency, including experience with office software and CRMs.
