**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**: We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Keith. In Keith, we support 5 individuals who share their house together. We support each person according to their needs and personalities and are seeking reliable and passionate staff with a positive attitude who can support individual living as well as teach new skills. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support these individuals with every part of their life, from shopping, cooking and cleaning, to swimming, bowling, shopping, gardening, darts, arts & crafts, going to football matches, playing pool, listening to music, attending concerts, going on holiday and much more The successful applicant must have a full UK driving license Flexibility is key as you will be required to work some evenings, weekends and sleepover shifts. Our shift patterns are generally 8am - 9pm and 9am - 9pm You’ll be joining an award-winning charity, in an exciting role where you can transform someone else’s life while transforming your own too Whatever your background, there’s a rewarding career in care for you - one were you can follow your passions and learn new skills too.
