**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**: Are you a positive and motivated person who is experienced in supporting individuals within their own homes? Are you looking to gain great experience in a satisfying job where you feel supported? If this sounds like you, maybe a Support Worker role with an award-winning charity is the change you’ve been looking for At our Keith service, we support 5 individuals who live in a shared home, to live as independently as possible. In this service, you’ll support these individuals with everyday tasks as well as supporting them with the activities they enjoy. This can include going swimming, shopping, bowling, playing xbox, listening to country music, going on holiday and anything the people we support would like to do. In addition to this, you would be expected to provide support with the following: - Medication administration - Cooking and home maintenance - Social support and support to achieve personal goals - Finance management. We are currently recruiting for individuals to join our bank/casual team, who work various shifts (12 hours per shift) from Monday to Sunday. This role will also include some sleepover shifts.
