Summary

**Position Details**:

- Based in Deeside, Flintshire
- Travel to other Triumph sites may be required
- Hours of Employment: 37 hours a week, flexibility will be essential to ensure delivery plans are achieved.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager and supporting Programme Managers, this role will involve critical eye for detail as well as various Quality checks with regards to paperwork and product compliance.
Controlling flow of work to meet both internal and customer deadlines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Day to day management of all dispatch requirements
- Make certain that cleanliness is maintained within all areas, utilising 5S principles
- Improve the process, using Continuous Improvement techniques
- Proactively supporting management in the implementation of Company policies and procedures
- To communicate any issues identified to the Manufacturing Operations Manager and Production Planning team.
- Maintain stock integrity, always
- To ensure Customer Order Plan requirements are met
- To ensure high level of care and accuracy with pick operations
- To pick, check and pack customer orders to achieve agreed turn-around targets
- To adequately package all orders for safe delivery to customers
- Ensuring accurate documentation is maintained, always
- Maintain quality, batch control and traceability of all parts
- Ensuring all products dispatched meet quality requirements - both as a product and documentation
- Liaise with Program Managers, Operations and Logistics
- To efficiently handle, store, pick and rotate stock working within a team environment
- In conjunction with Operations management, ensure that dispatch operation complies with current HSE legislation; carrying out re-evaluations, risk assessments and taking prompt action, including any necessary training, whenever appropriate
- Completion of any work-related tasks, which would be deemed reasonable of this role.

**Job Requirements, Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Must have good communication, administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and be task/ achievement focussed
- Conversant with MRP systems
- Knowledge of SL10
