supporting school policy and processes for improving attendance and managing safeguarding concerns - supporting the management and leadership team with compliance, implementation and management of the school’s Positive Behaviour and Restorative Discipline Policy and contribute to the compliance and quality of the Independent School Standards - providing core group support for the delivery of Early Help functions including accountability for leading implementation, monitoring, and development across school, families and partners. - ensuring that the behaviour, safety and wellbeing policies and procedures are fully followed. - identifying needs and to implement agreed programmes to enable children and young people to overcome their barriers to both learning and wellbeing. - establishing good relationships with the children and young people and follow the Raise the Youth ethos of putting the needs of children and young people first and promoting positive behaviour. - playing an active role co-ordinating and managing staff in and around the school and adjoining premises and in the community.

The selection process will consist of the following:
2. First Interview - formal interview panel with SLT

3. Second Interview - Observation of teaching practise

4. 3 positive references - two must be from an educational settings
