**We are currently recruiting for a Guest Experience Ambassador to join the Guest Experience Team at The Londoner.**

**Overview**:

- An amazing opportunity to join The Londoner as a Guest Experience Ambassador.
- As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for dealing with guest enquiries pre and post arrival to ensure they have a memorable visit to The Londoner.
- The role takes on the responsibility for delivering all admin and operational tasks behind the scenes in order to assist the front of house teams in delivering a bespoke guest experience.
- The Guest Experience Ambassador role aims is to ensure that the communication across all departments is achieved, enabling a bespoke level of service to guest at The Londoner.

**About You**:

- Previous experience either within hotel guest relations or reception experience.
- It is essential you are able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and attention to detail and are able to multitask and work under to pressure and to deadlines.
- You must have outstanding communication skills both verbally and written.
- Proficient in spoken in spoken and written English and ideally additional languages.
