Security Officer

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent observation skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism, we encourage you to apply.
**Duties**:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Conduct regular security checks of premises
- Operate CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to monitor activities
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and report any malfunctions or damages
- Assist with emergency response procedures as needed
**Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Experience in loss prevention techniques and practices
- Proficient in operating CCTV systems and surveillance equipment
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
**Salary**: From £12.24 per hour
