NJR Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent Financial Services firm who are looking to recruit an IFA Administrator to join their expanding team in Leeds City Centre.

Providing Whole of Market advice, this firm really puts their client's interests first and they are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator, with knowledge of Pensions and Investments, who shares their passion for building long term relationships.

Supporting a small team of experienced Administrators, Paraplanners, Financial Advisers and Directors, duties and responsibilities will include:
Submitting transactions and trade requests including fund switches on and off Platform
Obtaining illustrations and product literature
Obtaining Client Portfolio Valuations
Preparing review packs for client meetings
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and Financial Advisers/Directors
Liaising with products providers
Actioning Letters of Authority
Maintaining accurate client records

What we are looking for:
Minimum of 12 months IFA/Financial Planning Administration experience
Knowledge of Provider Platforms
Experience of using XPlan (or similar) and FE Analytics would be of benefit, but not essential
The ability to work as part of a small close knit team
